Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll your rug and place it back in its original packaging or a similar protective wrap to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your package.

  Drop Off or Schedule

  Bring your package to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a free pickup to complete your return process.
